History

MALBA was created in 2025, following the new betting regulations in Brazil, with the purpose of revolutionizing the way bettors interact with bookmakers.

 

After an in-depth analysis of the market and global benchmarks, we identified a clear problem: even with large capital and now regulated, bookmakers were still not exploiting their full potential due to limited channels.

 

The requirement for downloads, complex interfaces and long flows created friction that caused operators to lose customers every day. To change this scenario, we developed a white-label solution focused on transforming this experience, allowing bettors to do exactly what they want, in the most natural way possible: with text or voice, without barriers, on the channels they already use.

Our leadership team comes from a market as dynamic and challenging as betting: the financial sector.

 

With experience in building a WhatsApp Banking solution that reached hundreds of thousands of active users in its first month, we realized that the challenge of digital experience went far beyond the financial sector — it also impacted the betting market.

 

It was from this vision that MALBA was born, bringing together experts from major management companies and fintechs in the country with a clear mission: to revolutionize the way bettors interact and bookmakers operate.
